These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Recharges4u Platform operated by Aryantra Crest Ventures Private Limited. Please read them carefully. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing, registering on or using the Recharges4u website, mobile application or APIs (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
The Platform acts as a technology facilitator that enables you to avail digital services from Operators/Billers. The availability, features and limits of each service may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any Operator/Biller and are not the provider of the underlying telecom, banking or utility service.
You agree not to:
Commissions, incentives and margins are credited in accordance with the applicable scheme for your partner tier and may be revised at our discretion. Settlement timelines depend on Operator/Biller confirmation. We reserve the right to recover any commission credited in error or on account of failed, disputed or reversed transactions.
All content, trademarks, logos, software and design elements on the Platform are the property of Aryantra Crest Ventures Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Operator and biller names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Transactions are ultimately fulfilled by third-party Operators/Billers and payment intermediaries. We are not liable for delays, failures, or deficiencies caused by such third parties, nor for the quality of their services. Any dispute regarding the underlying service may need to be raised with the concerned Operator/Biller.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees actually earned by us on the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in prohibited activities, or where required by law or a regulator. On termination, any remaining wallet balance will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law, after deducting any dues.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or network failures, acts of government, banking or Operator outages, strikes, or other force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution clause below, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
